ORDERINGWHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?We
do our best to accomodate everyone by offering as many payment options
as possible. We accept all major credit cards including Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We also love payment via PayPal. If you would like to pay by check,
please let us know and we will accomodate you. Keep in mind that checks
must clear our bank before merchandise is shipped, which can take up to
10 days.
DO YOU SELL OR GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS?We
absolutely never sell, distribute or otherwise give out any personal
information about our clients. We rely on your trust to stay
in
business. Any
information we keep on file regarding client purchases is for your
benefit and done so only to be of greater service to you.
IS YOUR SHOPPING CART AND SITE SECURE?You
can feel confident about your purchase through our secure
site. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used so
that
private
information about our clients is not compromised. Please use

shopping cart provided when placing your order, and never send credit

........................................SHIPPINGWHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?All items are packed with care and sent mostly via USPS First Class for domestic shipments; USPS First Class for international unless otherwise instructed. Our flat rate shipping and handling fees are as follows: US and Canada Ground= $0, 2nd Day= $20, Overnight= $40, International= $10 (orders of $150 or more= $0). If you have special shipping instructions or requirements, simply note them on the order form or contact us for help.DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Yes,
we love international orders! All of our pricing
is in
US dollars. All items are packed
with
care and sent via USPS First Class for a flat fee of $10; or $0 if the
order is over $150. International
clients are responsible
for
any customs fees. We
cannot allow returns on international
orders. Please be sure of size and style before placing your
order!
Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will not be reshipped until
returned postage fees are paid. The original shipping fees plus a 15%
restocking fee with be deducted from the refund of an unclaimed order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and receive our personal stamp of approval before leaving our care, so any damage other than as described within the item description must be claimed by the buyer against the carrier. We also cannot take resposibility for lost merchandise......................................... RETURNSCAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I DON'T LIKE IT?Yes!
Of course we want you to be thrilled with the items you order from BEULAHVEDA.COM.
But if you aren't, you can return your order
for
any reason as long as you are within the continental US and follow the
return guidelines as follows: 1)
All items must be in the exact same unworn condition we sent it out in
and all accessories such as belts and pins must be attached or
included.
2) You
must
email us within 2 days of receipt of item to let us know that you will
be returning your order. 3) Return the package by any insured
method to the address
provided in the confirmation email. We must receive the
items
within 5 days of the confirmation email. 4) You will receive
notification
regarding reimbursement when
the
items have been recieved and inspected. Shipping charges will
not
be reimbursed.
Cancellations on just-placed orders are sometimes possible. If you need to cancel, please email us ASAP to let us know and we will do our best to stop shipment. If the shipment has already been processed, we will consider the order placed as usual, and returns will be made according to our standard return policy. SOLD ITEMSIf
you see an item you like that has already been sold or placed on
reserve, please contact us so that we can help you find a suitable
alternative! We also want to know what you like in case an order falls
through or an item gets returned. We will notify you should
it
become available.
